Full Support | “Full Support” means access to Software updates, patches, bug fixes, and / or workarounds, if and when available, to help enable Mirantis OpenStack Software to operate as described in the Documentation. |
Limited Support | “Limited Support” means bug fixes or workarounds, if and when available, to enable Mirantis OpenStack Software to operate as described in the Documentation. Limited Support does not include scheduled Software updates. If an Issue requires a Software update or upgrade, Customers will be asked to upgrade to, or deploy, a Full Support version of Mirantis OpenStack Software, software package or version of software package. Technical workarounds may be limited or not possible with Limited Support. |
